Hazard Assessment Surveys

The purpose of a “Hazard Assessment” is to identify workplace hazards. A Hazard Assessment is a comprehensive examination of each position within a company that will uncover the dangers inherent to the job, some of the hazards will be position specific, and others will be applicable to every employee within the facility or on the job. Among other things, a hazard assessment will examine the following:

• Buildings and Structures

• Machinery & Equipment

• Mobile Equipment

• Environment

• Work Procedure Analysis

• Shifts

We will compile and analyze the information and produce an action plan to eliminate those hazards that can be engineered out, and develop a list of Personal Protective Equipment for employees to minimize the risk of injury from those hazards that remain.
